Migration in pre KvK 1 works as such

You have to wait for your kingdom to be day 10 to migrate out, the other KD (your target KD) has to be at least 10 days old at least

If u migrate backwards (from 46 to 47 for example), your target KD can't be more than 10 days younger than the KD your account started as

So u can go from a 20 day old KD to a 10 day one at most if the hours minutes and seconds align

If u wanna go forward (from 46 to 45 and such) there's no limit

I dunno whether u can or not since I don't know your KD age and such but with that y should be able to kinda figure it out
