Depends, but generally france for joan or japan for gathering speed

Choose France first to unlock Joan then rush her to 2nd skill then swap to Japan for the universal gathering speed. If you want to be extra you can choose the 10% gathering speed civilizations instead of Japan, but that's only if you plan to dedicate X farms to that specific RSS type. There's also Spain for later on when you get to ch 24 (or ch 25 if ur KD allows u to for alts) for faster passive RSS income if you have ur generators at lvl 24 or lvl 25.

Same for any other individual/alliance tide, it's only for that tide pop.

Though some tides are limited and they carry over to the next tide (seasonal tide limit) so that if you kept picking that same tide it would have no effect since you maxed it a previous tide already.

For kingdom points 1+1 is better btw, its just that, as long as you have a rally started, you might as well join others

It's not 1+1 exactly but as long as everyone joining rallies has started their own they'll be fine, it's about the amount of rallies as a whole not the people on them

On my KD we would start a rally and then join others so we'd get more rewards and all, but to join a rally u had to start one js so it's effective
