How to make a realistic ragdoll in unity?

So I want to make a game, I've made models and all BUT I don't know how to make ragdolls like in Hyperbox (a free itch.io game) any tips?

Yea but I'm not getting like the ragdolls I want, I want it to be kinda like rdr2 but they're just dropping to the ground even if they're alive and I want them to have a lil struggle if they don't die
