Get a used Thinkpad and never look back, look for 8-16GB of RAM a semi recent i5 or Ryzen 5 with like maybe 6 or more cores and maybe 256-512GB of SSD Storage. Make sure it doesn't have a realtek wifi chip and you'll be pretty much fine

What is use is lenovo LOQ, with i7 13620H, rtx 4060 8 gb and 16 gb ram and 512 ssd and i bought this for very cheap like a 1000 bucks and u have never seen this kind of deal before

You should not use laptops for programming, a ruled notebook is best. You can use multiple ones for different languages/frameworks.

Get a raspberry pi it has rlly good specs for stuff like gta 5 which is shocking due to the price
