Get a used Thinkpad and never look back, look for 8-16GB of RAM a semi recent i5 or Ryzen 5 with like maybe 6 or more cores and maybe 256-512GB of SSD Storage. Make sure it doesn't have a realtek wifi chip and you'll be pretty much fine
absolutely DELL
lenovo makes some really good fucking laptops
ThinkPads are great
I use a yoga, which is definitely not cheap but it's a really really good laptop
Old Dell latitude laptops are pretty great
Look for Lenovo Laptops
They are cheap, good quality and high end
What is use is lenovo LOQ, with i7 13620H, rtx 4060 8 gb and 16 gb ram and 512 ssd and i bought this for very cheap like a 1000 bucks and u have never seen this kind of deal before
Any window laptops good
idk
Thinkpads
durable, realiable.
They also come with great screens, even touch screens
Awesome for coding and general use
(not the best for gaming)
if you only want to learn programming then use a cheap laptop
and use linux
for the maximum taste of programmimg pain
and use arch distro of linux
I use for Web and Game Dev a Lenovo thinkpad E16 Gen 2 with Ryzen 3 755U, 16GB DDR5 RAM 4800 Mhz and AMD Radeon 680M
Booted in EndeavourOS with Cinnamon Desktop. Working Great on 3 Displyes with high Battery and long living Batterie.
Great Keyboard with Backlight but a basic Full HD 60FPS screen
You should not use laptops for programming, a ruled notebook is best. You can use multiple ones for different languages/frameworks.
I hope this is a joke
Not to my school, no
desk-checking? seriously?
what
bascially a term for using a notebook to check your code
i can't tell if you're talking about a physical notebook or jupyter
Essentially running the code in your head
Or on a paper if your code is too complex for your brain to handle without a paper
physical
"Very cheap" - "1000 bucks" (of what currency)... Pick one
ROG Strix Series Laptops are very good.
How is 1000 very cheap. Cheap would be under 400 or less
that's insanely cheap for a laptop that good
also cheap is not a direct term
cheap to you and cheap to me are very different lol
Ik
I mean a different laptop not the 1000 one
what
Get a raspberry pi it has rlly good specs for stuff like gta 5 which is shocking due to the price
remember cheap is relative
