any existing unity version is completely free, for the newer versions if the cost per download is too much you can decide to pay them like 5-10% of the game's revenue instead.

Use Unity it’s free still they changed it I’m pretty sure because everyone hated that and there are many and I mean MANY tutorials for Unity (even more than unreal)
