usually it works by someone reacting with a star on a message, if it gets enough stars it goes to a viewable channel the shared messages go,

why don't you make it like a quest board IIike the person to complete it first or something get points and can get insane rewards

Literally, if someone thinks a message is cool, they can react to it with a star, and if it gets enough stars, a bot reposts it to a separate #starboard or smthn channel
