I’ve always wanted to make a game but I’m to stoopid to code. So if anyone who can code and wants to make a game dm me. I Can make music, sound effects, sprites, and other stuff. I just can’t code. I have several game ideas. I want to put it on steam and try and get a bit of money. I don’t just need people who can code anyone else who can add to it would be nice.

But game maker is also pretty good
And it's even a 2d engine more suitable for sprites

don’t use game maker for 2d
don’t use unreal for 2d either, it’s not implemented well
use either unity or godot because they’re much better for 2d in general

ideas are a dime a dozen. Execution is the only thing that matter my guy

this literally never happens and if you're worried about it then you don't have any faith in yourself to execute this properly. It helps to know that everything is just a copy of pong or mario anyway 
you can literally give 2 gamedevs the same gamejam theme and you get completely different games
you mention you're good at "music, sound effects, sprites" and yet you're going with unreal, which means going 3D. Now you need a 3d artist and a coder, and you're further away from the creation part of the project.
I think you should be drawing the sprites you offer in the OP and paring things down. You say you have several ideas; and I am betting the scope is crazy
maybe its just me but I feel like being involved in the development is more important than "idea guy".
