I can confirm, I've had 5 quick games today were everywhere was just boarded up and crowbars were nearly impossible to find

Never happened to me in console versions. I think there is a hidden bug in the algorithm

Basically, it's the random system.

In Minecraft, it's the generation.

In SN, it's key placement, barricades, and stuff.
