Spectating Flight View - PS5

When you enter flight view or whatever its called (its when you roam around the map in spectator mode), you automatically go downwards for some reason.
I wasn't touching my controller, it just goes down by itself and sometime it doesn't.
I'll provide a video evidence of this in sometime

If you try sneaking, do you not go downward?

Is a certain setting for sneaking in the commands setting in "toggle"?

I already had that sort of bug, it's because of that setting being to "toggle" and not something where you have to hold to sneak.

I prefer the toggle thing on, and I still wanted to report it

k1mon is there any procedures I have to do or anything you can do?

Welp, my only solution is to just unsneak when you don't want to continually go down.

OK, Here is a video.
I promise you this is NOT my stick drift on my analogs and I wasn't even touching my controller
It disturbs me when I want to fly in spectator mode and it has been happening for months; figured I'd report this to you. It forces me go do down by itself even though I try to go up but I cant spectate and it takes me under the map.

It commonly happens after my death from the neighbor

My initial thought was a controller issue.
Yeah I am clueless.
