patch 9 likely raised the hardware limitations

actually it did

my old laptop stopped being able to run hn2 when patch 9 released

this isnt really something they can fix

that doesnt the problem i dont find the dlss option and rtx in the settings

you can only see them if your computer is good enough to run them
