The leader does so much in one button press, and with such a low cooldown too, the blinding lasts too long, even without any perks! Basically nerf leader.
Detecting finds keys too easily, too fast. There should be at least a 30 second cooldown on the field intel, the detection cooldown should go to 15 second to lessen the detectives knowledge and even it out a bit
The guest basically has no cons to using him, he has no weaknesses, and you can abuse the fact he doesn't take fall damage. There should be a 5-10 second cooldown on the leap because he can use scaring croak and leap away easily, or/and lessen the strength of his leap, or/and make his leap coat much more stamina, making the perk "light leap" or whatever it's called where you cost less stamina when leaping more useful
And finally the Scary Neighbor all it needs is to slow the rate of placing bear traps, and need rage to either make it last less, or make it need 8 hits to unlock it
I hope you take this into consideration because even my friends are talking about this, even a friend who just got the game! Also we've been realising the game doesn't seem optimised, it's easy to crash
