Bring back Butcher's broken laugh animation

I know this was a bug that has been fixed but i genuinely think that it looked better like that butcher is just a goofy version of the neighbor and the broken laugh fits him really well .

i know for a fact that i am gonna get hate for this but i don't mind at all i just wanted to share this
