This scary neighbor skin is not in the current version, it would be sad if this skin is not released in the current version of the game. I have an idea for this skin, only old players can have this skin.

I only seen it a few times and mostly the times were lag but I did see someone who had no head and someone who had infinite stun before knocking them down
