Have Theodore put the boards back on doors

I think having Theodore putting the boards back on the doors in the museum is a good idea and will make it more difficult to run from Theodore. This can also be a way to add the hammer to the main map. There could be some way to steal the hammer from Theodore.

Looks like you beat me to the punch, I was going to write this as a feedback with the idea of how the player could counter this

Basically what I'd say is the hammer would be the replacement for the old wrench puzzle in the beta. He'd put it into a container that he'd carry the key for. If it comes to the point where he needs to board something up, he'll unlock the container and grab the hammer.
