Please also make sure that your phone is up-to-date and that you have enough funds in your payment account. Then, try completely removing the game (use Clear Data under the App Storage settings before removing it) and reinstalling it again.

The phone is indeed not among the officially supported ones, but since you are able to play, purchasing it should also work.
