This is not something to make a feedback post over. The point is you'll have to hide in the bushes and board up doors to keep yourself away from him. If he sees you you'll have to hide or barricade a door to keep him away. There is no friendly mod and if there was it'd kinda ruin the gameplay.

He is supposed to be hard to get away from. That's why hiding is a thing and boarding up stuff is a thing.
