Hi! Did this happen on the previous update versions (1.6.0 and 1.6.1)? Can you also let us know what your PC specifications are and also ensure that your Windows and GPU drivers are up-to-date? 🙂

Let me tell in the previous version It didnt happen, when i updated it to 1.6.0.2 then its started to happening game crash issues. My windows is updated also the gpu drivers uptodate.👍

i got an update from windows 10
that is optional update
should i update it
because optional updates are for those who are facing issues in devices..

Sadly, your GPU does not meet the minimum hardware requirements to run the game as intended; however, we're going to look into it since you mentioned you were able to play before.
As a last resort, could you try deleting the Secret Neighbour folder under %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Hologryph? This will reset your settings to default.

maybe crash issue can be a game issue
