Crashing/Freezing glitch

When i play secret neighbor,my game randomly freezes and crashes,forcing me to close the game,my platform is on xbox,please fix this glitch,im not sure if other platforms also suffer from this glitch

Also,there isnt a video needed,the game just randomly crashes sometimes

Hi, this is peculiar as we have yet to hear of another similar incident on Xbox One.

Have you tried reinstalling the game and updating your console? Also, do you happen to receive any error messages, or if not, could you give me a more detailed description of the crash? Thank you!
