Hey! Try running the game for a second time, and if it happens again, then reinstall the game and make sure that your Windows & GPU drivers are up-to-date.
Please try the following and let us know if it's fixed:
- Check if your internet connection, and especially latency, is optimized for gaming;
- Completely delete any file on your Secret Neighbor installation folder and rename (to anything) your "Secret Neighbour" folder under %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Hologryph;
- Reinstall the game and run it again;
- Let us know what your PC specifications are and provide a link to your Steam account.
1.The Internet connection is good and the folder has been deleted.
2.I reinstalled the game several times.
Do I need to write a nickname in Steam? Or send it in some other way.
Please remember that you have to delete both the installation and Secret Neighbour folder mentioned above, before reinstalling.
Just copy the link to your account and share it here, together with your exact PC specifications.
Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to send the link due to problems with Steam. But I can give the account name xxxnikolaxxx5
Here are my exact specs:
CPU:Intel Core i3-505U CPU @ 2.00Hz 2.00 GHz
GPU: intel HD Graphics 5500
RAM: 12
Hi! Sadly, your PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements to play the game and is most likely the reason why it doesn't start. While games may sometimes start in lower spec PCs, we cannot guarantee that they will run error free.
Minimum:
Processor: Intel Core i5-3330 3.0 GHz, AMD FX-8300 3.3 GHz
Memory: 6 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760, Radeon R9 270
Ok, thank you.
You can always try updating your GPU drivers, make sure the bare minimum runs as background processes, and use the lowest graphic settings possible.
However, to play as intended, a hardware upgrade is advised.
