and the only reason Movie Golden Freddy looks like FNaF 1 Golden Freddy is it seems in most non-game continuities the Withered Animatronics just don't exist so it'd make no sense for Golden Freddy to look any different then the others

Especially considering Fredbear uses a FNaF 1 Design

It just saves confusion on if the animatronics are the same or not

They are, Scott was just too lazy to model Withered Golden Freddy using FNaF 1 Golden Freddy as a base so that's why they look different

he already put the time and effort to make Withered Freddy, he can just copy that and work from there

It's also like how Phantom Chica is for some reason FNaF 1 Chica while every other Phantom uses FNaF 2 models as a base

Phantom Freddy uses Withered Golden Freddy, Phantom Foxy uses Withered Foxy, and the other characters originate from FNaF 2 so there's no-where else for them to come from

So yeah there's some things I just don't bother to question anymore about Scott's decisions with character design inconsistencies

but I can easily get surprised when they actually bother to explain away a inconsistency like Fredbear seeming to have a Endo-01

(Basically I look to find consistency in the lore in places that aren't character designs, I expect to find inconsistent character designs (even tho as you can tell I haven't always expected that))

Based off Actor Ages and the date the Movie takes place on, Afton kills Garrett in 1982

#

(Movie takes places in April 2000 based off the footage from the Security Camera in the Mall)

#

Assuming it's the same as most other timelines the MCI happens in 1985

#

This means there's 3 whole years where Afton could have made the Springlock Suit we see there

#

since I personally think Garrett was probably a early murder

#

due to the difference in the murder method

#

Afton doesn't lure him to a backroom of Freddy's, he lures him into his car where he likely drives Garrett to Freddy's and kills him there

#

(assuming Garrett possesses the Puppet since that seems to be the most likely scenario (and I know Puppet doesn't appear in the Movie but everything seems to be hinting at it appearing in the Sequel and being possessed by Garrett)

There has to be a extra murder of some sort since the Cupcake can clearly move on it's own, perhaps Afton killed someone with the Ella Springlock Suit then put them near the Cupcake to test which one they'd possess
