I like how there are crows everywhere, but I would like it even more if I could use them to my advantage. Here is an idea on how to make crows more useful.
You can sneak up on a crow, catch it, and release it into someones house. this will make them super mad, and they'll be super distracted trying to get the crow out. Maybe they'll leave doors open hoping it flies out, which gives you a chance to sneak in without making noises. also, the crows cawing should cover up some of your sounds.
Everyone has fears, so at least one person should be scared of crows. Maybe Gerda (the chef)?
Also, in the Alpha's, The Guest fed the crows as if they were his pets. So releasing a crow near him should be super distracting. Maybe he tries his hardest to catch it so he can keep it as a pet or something.
Edit: The guest should have a pet crow in his house, and releasing the crow from its cage should make the Guest very stressed until it can catch a new one
