#Buff/Nerf ghost neighbor and small scout nerf idea

Right now the two most broken classes in my option is the ghost and the scout

GHOST MAN:
First off i think that the ghosts portlight ability should disable nearby lights for a short time instead of turning them off (idea from Afro), and to not make him more op i think that because hes a ghost so hes a lot weaker, i think he should have a slightly longer kill time, like 2.5 secs longer (idk) and maybe less damage when he throws something, also he cant see crows that show where the keys are (because he can just fly over there and throw the keys somewhere random), also just buff the neighbors cause they are pretty weak now

SCOUT:
This is just a small nerf, scout cant just forever take nuts out of bags cause that's not logical, maybe each bag can only hold like 20 nuts or something

For ghost, I agree with the afro part and the crow part, but longer grabbing time? That's just crazy for a neighbour that can't fight more then two people grouping all round, I don't agree to that bit.

Scout part, I definitely agree 100% on that. Haven't seen that idea before buts it's practical

Scout can go slignshotting the whole round being sooo annoying especially with slingshot aim assist on its a never ending nightmare for neighbour.

What if instead of the weakness thing he can’t use the radar when he’s in ghost mode, he can only use it when he’s in neighbor or kid mode

press radar in kid/neighbor form and when its activated go in ghost form
