The game is not responding when I open the game | Hello Neighbor Games | Page 1

When I open the game first the clock appears and then when the Tiny Build logo appears the game freezes tightly and I have to restart the computer or close the steam via the control panel. Disconnecting the Internet also does not help, as well as restarting the game and deleting saves.

I fix that problem: I just deleted Hello Neighbor folder in AppData-local and my game is now fixed!
