After the player beats the barn tutorial they keep the crowbar. I dont really like this because it bassicaly makes all the other crowbars in the houses quite useless and also because the player doesnt need to try to get a crowbar they just do a puzzle at the start and have one for the rest of the game. I feel like it would make much more sense if Quentin lost all of his items from the barn and was forced to get a new crowbar in one of the houses.
Edit: Also make sure the crowbar despawns so the player cant just grab it after the tutorial.

its weird how in hn1 the player had to work hard to get it but in hn2 its just given to them
Yeah, finding the crowbar in Peterson's house would be so rewarding if you lost the one from the tutorial. Great suggestion, hope it gets added to the game!
it would also add some challenge
it would need to make the player complete a puzzle first before opening up some routes
for example the upstairs window and bed
and also it would be reasonable as to why we'd lose our items
since the neighbor knocks us out
it kind of weird we just keep them

so the player cant just take it back
