Whenever I walk over objects I keep freezing and then I teleport all over the the areas I’m not supposed to be in.

The head set I was using is the quest 2, I was playing standing, I did perform height calibration before this happened, and for me it happens while standing on any object like the crowbar and the left over pieces of wood from the wooden wall that I had to destroy as the kid with the baseball bat.
