Player going crazy

this is hard to explain but randomly the player will just start shaking like crazy and just teleport around until you die from fall damage, This happened to me and I had to restart the game, losing progress

I was using an Oculus Quest 2 with Airline, I was standing, I also had my height nearly perfect before I started the game, and I remember it happened when switching characters
