At the moment, we're dedicating our attention to the server updates, which required quite a bit of planning to put the new roles in place. Our intention is to go over the applications come September's start.

We don't have a specific deadline for when new helpers can join the team. Instead, we monitor their progress and reach out to them when we believe they're ready.

The emergency role only includes extra permissions for when things get tough. Helper is the main role

I applied for helper role weeks ago. How long do you guys take to respond to applications?
I haven't received any form of message such as email.

We will let people on board in waves as soon as we need more. Also said in the main message "As soon as we need more helpers, we'll be sure to bring some new friendly faces on board"

I also had to be patient personally when waiting
