They showed off something like this in the HN1 pre alpha ai rundown but idk if they ever went through with it but it would be a great addition to the AI and make you be more careful when going through the house

They do get suspicious but not to doors they get
suspicious if one of these things happen

  1. They find a item out of place
  2. They hear a loud sound, (IE hearing the player fall, Hear the player running)
  3. lose the player

If you make a noise they can check under a table if there's one nearby to see if you're underneath. Honestly, I think it would be neat if the ai learned you're hiding spots so when they get suspicious they gradually get better at trying to hunt you down.
