- Could you be more specific about what you were doing at the time of the crash? For example, were you being chased, picking a key, etc.?
- Your exact PS generation (4, 4 slim, 4 pro, 5, etc.);
- The time the crash occurred. As this might be tricky, you could use your report time as a reference.

I’m on the PS5 and the crash happened when I picked up the key that has like a gear on the end
The one in the ||hidden room after you open the room with the compass sign||
Instead of a cutscene starting the game crashed and all the data was deleted
