Ahhh I wasn't sure about that! The nose is so distinct now that I look at it, that makes sense. I've looked at the fake neighbor model closely but not the man in the hat. I figured it just might be some sort of placeholder - they needed a head for the twist ending and used the head from the man in the hat model (that they never really needed to finish modeling to begin with because the eyes and mouth are hidden).

So: Mr. Peterson is the son of two scientists named Roger and Adelle Peterson. When he grew up he became a park designer and had a family. Lawsuits eats his butt, so he and his family goes to Raven Brooks where Mr. Peterson builts another park. Lawsuits still gets his butt, so he loses his career and his wife dies in a car crash. His son gets mad, kills his sister by accident, but Mr. Peterson is very protective so he locks him in the basement to protect his son. But the son in question has friends, so the main character Nicky tries to save him, but because he is retarded, he gets locked in the basement. Nicky escapes, HN2 happens, 19 years later goes back to Raven Brooks and the Neighbor house is gone but he still gets ptsd out of it, so he goes to sleep, fights the Neighbor and a shadow in some vision therapy and wakes up. The End
