- Guest is just buff neighbor who wears the costume at nights to stalk Quentin as he cannot stalk Quentin openly cuz he is wanted. ( kinda unlikely tbh. But still a possibility as we see buff neighbor throwing away guest costume)

A lot of people were saying it was an odd time gap and like an actual "guest world" so that could all be erased. Just a theory though.
