This car is probably the Neighbors car when he and his wife crashed. I know that this theory might sound crazy but i think that future Neighbor made the car crash.

The police guard the Peterson house, not wanting anyone snooping around. Quentin is trying to do something with the pipes in the house (based on the trailer).
