Aaron doesn’t fit being anywhere else, and never shows up in reset day, so I would think he died, but why would the neighbor kill his own son? Here is my theory, it has some problems, but it could make sense ||1. Timeline one, starting with Act 2. Nicky escapes the Neighbor, then calls the police, but Aaron distracts the neighbor so Nicky can call the police. Mr Peterson has gotten at the point of no return and decides to kill Aaron, since there isn’t much of a point to keep him alive anymore. The neighbor leaves, people presume him dead, jump years later to reset day. Mr Peterson has become the guest and is making the loop to try to travel back in time, to fix things. The loop keeps everyone contained to finding stuff out. Mr Peterson is kidnapping people who escaped the loop, or can, he is gathering the rings to try to help with time travel. In the end he succeeds. He goes back in time as the guest to some point in time, I think he might try to prevent Aaron’s death if he regrets it, which makes sense, and at this point I can’t predict what will happen, because when it comes to time travel the possibilities are endless. This is where timeline 2 starts, the neighbor goes back in time to change stuff, I don’t know what could happen.||
