So basically you get kidnapped by the Guest in the ending of HGA1 and he brings you to his Den that looks like the act 3 house and there's a house behind it, the Guest takes off his mask and he's revealed to be the Neighbor. You can wake up and sleep (HGA1 game files) and you probably have to fix the windmill to make the tornado (hurricane) stronger to destroy the house.
