Because neighbor being the guest doesn't make sense. The only possible way of the neighbor being the guest is NFT, who was used in the announcement trailer and in a1. Plus nft has shorter arms than the guest, and his head doesn't fit in the guest suit. If you play hn2a1.5 you can notice that the guest doesn't behave like a human at all, and he does those kra noises, you may say: the kra noises are making by some sort of machine, that is impossible, the neighbor cant hide and activate a machine that makes different noises
