Ok so. In Hello engineer the kids are trying to get car parts after SN cause forget saving nicky. Ted is experimenting with time travel in the park to go back and save hin family which doesn't really work. The most he gets are time travel pits in the ground. Anyway throughout the game Ted starts to notice the kids and decides I'm gonna kill them. So he tries, and fails. The kids go to the ovservstory which Ted has transformed into mayak 2.0 with his spider robot which the kidw defeat. But Ted was smart and set up a trap at the kid's club base and teleports them to a pocket dimension called the sandbox. In the sandbox there's a bunch of structures you can repair, including a rocket. Some of the rides have rocket parts which you can use to repair the rocket. Once you have them all the kids fky out of the sandbox's barrier and are back in the real world

Also I saw some time ago you asked what a "War of Independence" is (because I included it on my Guest Timeline as of the events of HN2), and basically it's just a placeholder event until we get something concrete. It's referenced in a TV Audio in HN1, and since it's in Scrambled Russian (aka Russian Wayron Croobian) that means they actually had to record that, however there was no "War of Independence" that ended 60 years before any point in HN's Development nor 60 years before 1997 when HN1 took place, so I just kinda default to it being a in-universe event at 1937. Why is it on the Guest Timeline? Well the Fountain implies the first deal for the Cult was to capture someone in something like... say... a War? and the second reason I include it is the Lore Discussion Chat went insane figuring out that the Museum (minus parts that would be added when turned into a Museum) lines up with a Late 1930's Manor, which is the exact time this war would be ending (~1936-1937)
