Alr so in hello neighbor two in the beginning of the game when you crash into the barn it’s caused by the guest scaring the player. BUT you also see the neighbor by his house. Meaning these are two different people. And In the hello neighbor 2 alpha when instead of the neighbor there’s the guest you can see him running around at a fast paste. Not any normal human can do that right? And yes I know it’s a game but still.
Instead I think the guest may be one of two people.

My theory was just that the guest was made from Ted's grief because the guest only ever appears to ted when his emotions were at play, and the same with Aaron in hnvr, and the same with Regina in gn2, and based on gn2 Ted was depressed over the time travel failure as well, which is why I came up with the guest taking the statue's form because there is no reason for the eyes to be covered other than it being some connection to the guest. So yes the guest is most definitely born from emotions there is so much too it
