one is the main story, about the neighbor and his family, and the other is present since early days.
Neighbor is aware, that he is a "test unit" aka an AI, who is put into a game and being dragged on strings and modified, however the developers please. he wants to escape from this cycle, that's why he asks the Player's help in Error world.
