Hn2 lore: a local journalist named Quentin just moved to raven brooks to find the missing kids cases (Aaron and Mya). But Quentin witnessed Mr. Peterson dragging Aaron (his son) back to the house but Mr. Peterson chased after him and bonked him from the barn. Moments later, Quentin wakes up and starts to break into people's houses just to find keys to the Museum where Mr. Peterson is hiding and after that Quentin was able to get up to the attic and found Aaron, but Mr. Peterson stranggled him and pushed him back to the cell and started looking for Aaron. After Quentin escapes the cell, he tries to escape the Museum and then Mr. Peterson got crushed by the giant crow statue and Aaron wants to help his father. But Quentin got knocked out again by some random guy that we don't know who yet and that's it.

and, as a bonus for the paradox theory, they said that Mayak would explain the inconsistencies in the timeline, the time loops are most likely caused by Mayak

(as confirmed by HE)

and I remember making a very similar theory about Peterson going back in time to prevent Mya and Diane's deaths causing almost every inconsistency in the franchise as he keeps trying to go back in time and eventually giving up hence the line in GN2 of "... I used to want to change the past, but you can't, can you?..."

so i've got like a vague idea (not really ive thought about it alot) that Nicky's diaries are his perception of everything thats happened, all his cloudy memory and only remembering the pure anger and fear of all of it. I've always seen the fact Ted appears in an elevator once you step a wire or a camera was Nicky feeling like the second he messed something up, ted would be there in mere seconds to get him. I've also always thought that the basement levels were somewhat memories of Nicky's attempts to escape

It talks about Time Loops but none actually happen in the story, tho if they don't continue the Book Story one can assume the Loop happens shortly after the ending of Reset Day to explain why they don't continue the books

(Probably should've said it was a theory that one happens at the end of Reset Day but the only time we actually see a time loop is Hello Engineer)

So yeah, there's no solid proof a Time Loop happens shortly after Reset Day but it's the only way paradox theory works without needing them to release a Book 8
