The HN Lore was ALMOST solved, all we needed was HN2, but then AlexN decided to give up on trying to make the AS fit in the Books and scrapped everything for both HN2 and AS

they didn't even finish the game, I feel the only reason the game wasn't delayed is so it'd be out in time for AS Ep. 1

I personally have two theories (Both involving the Weather Station/Mayak (Or I guess on the surface it looks like one theory with interchangeable positions for AS and Books so I'm going to add some details to separate them)) and I hope one of them are true so that AS doesn't completely scrap Book/Game Lore

One is that the Neighbor accidentally creates the AS timeline trying to go back in time and save his family and the other is that during AS's Finale someone accidentally creates the Book Timeline in what I personally feel will be grown up versions of the SN Cast that's still alive + Nicky and Mr.Peterson fighting against the Cultists in Mayak
