1- this game needs all the character models redone. the neighbor and the kids look out of place, plus it would make more sense to use the kids from the book for this game.

2- a house builder mode like the book said, however to fit the theme, i think a theme park builder where you can build a park and explore it like the gameplay in hello guest. just adding this would make it feel 10x more like a hello neighbor game

and 3- no full 1 year stadia exclusive. i say at most halve a year so the game is not dead on arrival

Hello engineer is a cool idea if done right, however at the moment, it seems like a rushed mess. however there are ways to fix this and make it a game that won't be dead on arrival and forgotten. here are my ideas on how this game could be fixed.
1- Making it feel like a hello neighbor game: at the moment, this feels like scrap mechanic with hello neighbor characters, which is not good, however just 1 addition can change all of this, a park builder mode, let me explain. in the park builder mode, you would play as the neighbor building a theme park with puzzles and all, you would be able to spawn robots in place as the neighbor, and it would just make it feel 10x more like a hello neighbor game just with this
2- Fixing the artstyle clash. the kids and neighbor look so out of place in this game. so what you guys should do is redo the kid and neighbor models to fit the artstyle. i would also replace the sn kids with the ones from the hn guidebook. it would make more sense with them in this game.

3- Fixing the challenges mode. from what we have seen, it seems just like a endless loop of build this and fight that, however i would make it a bit more like a story mode, with like a final boss of the neighbor and the spider mech, this would be another way to make this feel more like a hn game. These are my ideas on how to fix this game, please take them into account!
