if you want to send stuff from your pc to your phone you need to plug your phone into your pc via cable that you use to charge your phone. then you need to make sure that your phone is in file transfer mode, otherwise this wont work. then find your screenshot and drag that file to your phone in the file explorer. I recommend making a screenshot folder on your phone so you can easily find these files later. Hope I helped
