You can also climb all the way up there, and if you do as a neighbor, you can even get your neighbor character die by repeatedly falling down as a kid until you're knocked down.
However, you can also use the 'rifle suicide' glitch as well (attachment below)

Depends, if the kids are camping you then yeah, respawn but otherwise just wait it out, especially if it's far away from the spawn
