Yes, I found that information by browsing through their Facebook page. They replied to someone saying that they forgot about their Xbox community. They said that they are sorry about the missing updates and that their main priority IS to be catching up other platforms with steam, and that they want to fix all the bugs with console which is why it's taking so long for them to release it. They also replied to other comments saying all the updates for Xbox are coming "sooner than you think :)"

First of all, penalty isn't that big of a deal. If you were in a round for 2 hours, bruh just leave. Winning a round is going to take way less than 2 hours. And I don't know what platform your on but you can bypass penalty so easily, you don't have to wait for your game to crash, just close the game. It doesn't give you penalty if you just close the game and reload it. If you're on pc, close the tap and reload. Idk if there is an option for PlayStation or iOS (there should be) but you can easily just close the app on Xbox and PC.
