How can I get skins? Many people have skins in the Secret Neighboor game. How do they get it?

and you need to get coins in rounds or get coupons for buy one skin

You have skins you can buy for in-game currency (which you earn by playing the game) and you also have skins for tickets which you can either buy for real money or slowly earn by doing challenges in quick-game (press the exclamation mark button next the Find Game button to find out what the current challenges are)
