oh yeah that version has an issue with the frames currently, i think everyone that plays on pc via microsoft gets about 20-30 frames, including me. everyone on xbox has this frame issue as well

its not your fault or your pc's fault

even i get bad framerate on that version but on steam i get a solid 60 or more if i have the cap off

and settings turned low
