A leader can just use their speed every 20 seconds, on top of speed bars, and effectively, you cannot be caught up to by the neighbor, who is already slower than kids by default.

It should be hard to use an ability like that, because right now it takes genuinely nothing to use.

But that's the thing about this whole thing
player's should get better to get the most out of their abilities.
Fresh Install can get the same use out of inspiration as a 400 hour veteran, which is exactly the problem.
