Here is how the flood event would work. All kids would need to activate levers on pipes areoums the house. Once all are activated the neighbor would go to a new room which is the pump room, he would then pull the big lever and all the windows would get shuttered. Drains on the floors would start to flow water out. Then the entire house would start to fill up. The kids would need to get on to the roof where they then watch the water come to the roof. Then a explosion, then all the kids are in the lobby like the rocket ending. The event would just be for fun.
