There's been an improvement. The blizzard was removed from the game and that's much less particles to handle so it's better.

Framerate issues are usually device dependent but as Fluffy has said, it has improved.

Well true, but however, since Xbox's are pretty much the same device with a couple enhancements every version, I'm sad that the game can't run on OG hardware despite being ported to it.

It's not that. Well, it is but not only that. Since the thumbstick controls both the ping wheel and the camera, you have to push the thumbstick to activate the ping wheel, and, well, it feels... awkward.
It slightly moves your crosshair if not done with 100% precision and, while still gives a general idea of the ping, if you have high sensibility like me, it can point to a random wall and your team is just like "????"

It feels like a F2P game, it has an in-game shop resembling one, but well... The game's got a price so to speak.
