right now the only thing I could do to make the game slightly more playable in terms of frames was go to options and put the look sensitivity up really high, It makes turning/looking around faster (but not cupboards opening)
We'll have to wait until the next patch to see if it gets actually fixed

no, it was the start of the quick game, neighbor caught someone, i missed and then i gave up, he caught me and at that moment the mayak sounds started playing (the start of mayak sounds)
